The University of Balamand Dubai (UOBD) was spread over 8,000 square meters in Dubai Investments House and has been renowned as the first university in Dubai Investment Park, to invite new students earlier September 2019. For the academic session 2019-20, a campus tour was arranged to help the new student group to learn more about new major offers provided at the university as part of UOBD's 2nd academic year event.

The UOBD aims to provide a modern and holistic educational environment which will attract top students in the UAE and abroad, based on Lebanon's proven academic excellence spread in the past three decades.

UOBD introduced this year's enhanced module, which includes Architectural Studies and graphics and interior design for the next academic year, Entrepreneurship, healthcare management, risk management and insurance services for the 2019-20 batches, scheduled for spring 2020.

Undergraduate programs in the fields of chemistry, civil engineering, biology, chemical, mathematics or physics currently offered by UAE Ministry of Education, the UOBD offers a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. The Academic Accreditation Commission (CAA), the MOE department and the KHDA (Knowledge & Human Development Authority) are all certified to the government-run institutions and accreditation programs. The Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature and the Professional Diploma (TD Teaching Diploma) are also offered at the UOBD. The American model of higher education is founded on all degrees.

One of the reasons for UOBD's successful development within a year is that it offers students the opportunity to gain experience in research and teaching through graduate courses. In addition to practical experience, UOBD modules offer students the opportunity to gain deeper insight into their area of specialization, increase expertise and increase competitiveness.
