Emerson(NYSE: EMR), an international automation technology and engineering company, has signed currently a strategic agreement to serve as a preferred automation services and technologies provider with Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) to assist the petrochemical producer successfully adopt digital transformation programs and optimize operations.

The strategic alliance supports the Kingdom of Saudi Arabias Vision 2030 by targeting on localization, strategic partnerships and knowledge transfer, as well as leveraging the strategic and operational capabilities of the organizations involved to achieve operational excellence.
