Edge Creekside Hotel has welcomed seasoned hospitality leader Roger D. Nader as its new General Manager, marking a strategic step toward reimagining Dubai’s Creekside as a vibrant destination for modern travelers. With over two decades of experience across leading hospitality brands in the region, Nader brings a results-driven mindset and a transformative leadership style that fuses operational precision with guest-centric innovation.

Nader began his journey in the Food & Beverage sector, building a robust foundation in guest service that shaped his rise to leadership roles at some of the Middle East’s most prominent hotel brands, including Rotana, Mövenpick, Seven Leisure, Habtoor, and The Jumeirah Group.

Among his many accomplishments, Nader’s tenure at Hatta Resorts under the Jumeirah Group stands out. There, he successfully managed a multi-concept hospitality portfolio, including adventure tourism offerings, while driving collaboration with stakeholders such as Dubai Holding. His efforts significantly boosted brand visibility and profitability. Similarly, his leadership at Jannah Hotel Apartments & Villas resulted in record-breaking Gross Operating Profit (GOP) and a TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice Award, reflecting his ability to align financial growth with service excellence.

Beyond operations, Nader is known for pioneering innovative F&B concepts, leading large-scale CAPEX renovations, and instilling high-performance cultures within his teams. His management style balances strategic vision with a hands-on approach, making him a dynamic force in the hospitality landscape.
