Ajman Department of Tourism, Culture and Media and Ajman Auto District sign MoU to strengthen emirate’s investment landscape

The Ajman Department of Tourism, Culture and Media (ADTCM) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ajman Auto District to enhance cooperation in stimulating the emirate’s business and investment environment.

The strategic agreement is designed to consolidate Ajman’s position as a leading regional destination by fostering a business-friendly ecosystem for investors, visitors and entrepreneurs. The partnership aims to support the growth of the automotive sector and its related services, strengthening the emirate’s overall commercial and investment landscape.

The MoU was signed by H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Ahmed bin Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ajman Auto District, and H.E. Mahmood Khaleel Alhashmi, Director General of ADTCM, in the presence of senior officials from both entities.

Boosting competitiveness and economic growth

H.H. Sheikh Abdullah described the agreement as a landmark step in advancing the automotive sector in Ajman. He stated that the collaboration will deliver integrated solutions to support investors and entrepreneurs, opening new avenues for economic growth in line with the emirate’s vision to enhance its regional competitiveness.

H.E. Mahmood Khaleel Alhashmi emphasised that the MoU strengthens public-private cooperation, aligning with ADTCM’s strategy to elevate Ajman’s tourism, cultural and economic landscape. He noted that collaboration with Ajman Auto District will contribute to creating a more attractive and competitive investment environment, reinforcing Ajman’s status as a hub for innovation and enterprise.

Expanding collaboration and promotional activities

The agreement establishes a framework for enhanced cooperation in organising events, exhibitions and joint promotional campaigns that highlight Ajman’s assets and readiness to host strategic platforms. It also includes the development of streamlined solutions and procedures to enable investors and institutions to benefit more effectively from the services provided by both parties.
