PCCI Group appoints new HR Head

PCCI Group, a leader in customer experience and operations outsourcing revealed the appointment of David Olivier as its Chief Human Resources Officer.
David enters this role with varied experience incorporating over 25 years. As a career diplomat, David has held foreign projects in Cairo, developing an Embassy from an absolutely no base-- the ultimate start up experience, followed by Washington D.C., the most sought after position amongst diplomats worldwide, where he was responsible for liaising with Congress to promote bilateral relations.

Obtaining a U.S. MBA specializing on HR for multinational corporations, he broadened his career and experience by handling global HR outsourcing for KPMG in New Jersey. Relocating to Dubai in 2002, he joined GAMCO (now Etihad Airways) where he executed a complete modification management project to update business and improve its competitive advantage. Moving on to Ericsson, his duty grew to multiregional level for all telecoms services staff members in Ericsson, along with handling modification as a result of mergers and acquisitions in the IT industry for Hewlett Packard.
