Ohana Development begins delivery of AED 700 million Ohana by the Sea, set for completion by Q1 2026

Ohana Development has announced the commencement of delivery at Ohana by the Sea, its AED 700 million luxury villa community located in Al Jurf along the Abu Dhabi–Dubai coastline. The fully customised residential development remains on track for completion by the first quarter of 2026.

The beachfront project comprises 75 exclusive villas ranging from four to seven bedrooms, with built-up areas spanning approximately 340 square metres to 1,000 square metres. Designed with contemporary architecture and expansive layouts, the villas emphasise a seamless connection to the surrounding coastal environment, offering residents a private and refined seaside lifestyle.

His Excellency Rashed Ali Al Omaira, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre at the Department of Municipalities and Transport, recently visited the site to review construction progress. He was received by Ohana Development’s senior leadership, including Chief Executive Officer Husein Salem and Chief Operating Officer Mustafa El Sammak, who provided an update on key milestones and delivery timelines.

Located in Al Jurf, the development is set within a naturally rich area known for its turquoise waters, protected wildlife reserve, and native flora, with gazelles and migratory birds such as flamingos occasionally visible along the shoreline. The location also holds cultural significance due to its proximity to the historic palace of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.

Commenting on the progress, Husein Salem said the project reflects Ohana Development’s focus on creating thoughtfully planned communities that respect both the natural environment and cultural heritage. He noted that the development aligns closely with Plan Abu Dhabi 2030, which prioritises sustainable growth, enhanced quality of life, and the preservation of environmentally and culturally important locations.

Salem added that the start of delivery marks a major milestone toward completing a residential destination that combines luxury, exclusivity, and long-term investment value within one of Abu Dhabi’s most distinctive coastal settings.
