Luma Park Views in Dubai to Feature Highest Concentration of EV Charging Spots

A new partnership between TownX and Regeny will introduce 29 electric vehicle (EV) charging spots at Luma Park Views in Jumeirah Village Circle, marking the highest concentration of EV charging stations within a single residential tower in Dubai.

Announced on March 10, 2026, the initiative highlights the growing focus on sustainable infrastructure and clean mobility solutions across the emirate.

Supporting the Growth of Electric Mobility

Dubai-based real estate developer TownX has partnered with EV charging solutions provider Regeny to install and operate the state-of-the-art charging facilities at the residential development.

The addition of 29 charging points aims to support the increasing adoption of electric vehicles in the city while encouraging residents to transition toward environmentally friendly transportation options.

According to the developers, the move reflects a broader commitment to creating sustainable communities and reducing carbon emissions in line with the UAE’s long-term environmental vision.

Retail Parking Management Partnership

In addition to the EV charging infrastructure, TownX has appointed Green Parking, a specialist in retail parking management, to oversee the parking facilities serving more than 20,000 square feet of retail space within the Luma Park Views development.

The partnership is expected to enhance parking efficiency and visitor convenience, while introducing innovative management solutions designed to improve the retail experience.

Commitment to Sustainability

Haider Abduljabbar, Executive Director at TownX, described the project as a significant milestone for both the company and the city.

He said the introduction of the largest number of EV charging spots in a single tower represents a strong step toward supporting clean transportation and reducing the environmental footprint of urban developments.

Driving a Greener Future

Anish Racherla, CEO of Regeny, said the collaboration reflects the company’s commitment to delivering reliable and eco-friendly charging infrastructure across the region.

He noted that the project will help meet the growing demand for EV charging solutions in Dubai while contributing to the city’s vision of building a cleaner and more sustainable urban environment.

Industry experts say initiatives such as this highlight the rapid expansion of EV infrastructure in the UAE, as developers and technology providers increasingly integrate sustainability-focused solutions into modern residential projects.
