Millennium & Copthorne Makkah Al Naseem collaborate SCTH

Aligning with the Saudi Vision 2030 and aspirations to develop leadership skills for staffs and young students, SCTH Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage visited Copthorne & Millennium Makkah Al Naseem on 13th October to activate its initiative Ektashef ElMehan Fi ElAnshitah ElSeyahyia, in Arabic Discover Professions in Tourism

Aimed at exploring leadership skills and rehabilitating them through specialized training programs, the session has took place in Millennium & Copthorne Makkah Al Naseem with a wide participation from HR and marketing departments to improve students and staffs, with required qualifications to hold leadership positions to realizing the renaissance and achieving the Saudi Vision 2030 of the Kingdom.

Using the skills of of Saudi talents, the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage is investing in human resources and the leaders of the future with this project. The ultimate goal of the project is to create value and ultimately contribute to the growth of the tourism and hospitality sectors. The students and employees on the other hand expressed their excitement about the new levels of development towards achieving their career potential.
