Family Business Council Gulf (FBCG) Welcomes new Chairman

The Family Business Council - Gulf (FBCG), the leading membership organisation for GCC family businesses, has announced the consultation of Omar K. Alghanim as its new Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Omar K. Alghanim will be successful H.E. Abdulaziz Abdulla Al Ghurair, the founder of the organisation that worked as Chairman of the board given that April 2013. H.E. Al Ghurair will certainly remain to sit on the board to support the organisation and give advisory assistance on the strategic instructions.

Talking about the news, H.E. Abdulaziz Abdalla Al Ghurair said: "We are pleased of the Family Business Council - Gulf's achievements over the last 5 years. Mr. Omar K. Alghanim, CEO of Alghanim Industries and Chairman of Gulf Bank, has served as a board member of FBCG and has been part of the executive board of the board because the organisation's facility in 2013.
