Global Partners unveils Dubai Creek residential masterplan as second UAE fund
Leading asset manager Global Partners has announced plans to deliver a large-scale residential masterplan in Dubai Creek under its second property fund in the UAE, marking a major step in the transformation of one of the city’s most prominent districts.
The announcement was made during a signing ceremony held at the OCTA Sales Centre, formalising the collaboration between Global Partners and its exclusive sales and marketing partner, OCTA Properties.
Spanning more than 127,000 square metres, the fully integrated development has been designed with a strong focus on wellness, sustainability and liveability. Around 70 per cent of the masterplan will be dedicated to landscaped gardens, open spaces and green areas, offering residents a tranquil environment within an urban setting.
The community will feature low-rise residential buildings designed to maximise views of Downtown Dubai, Dubai Creek and surrounding parklands. Carefully curated retail spaces will be integrated into the development, creating a vibrant neighbourhood that combines residential comfort with everyday convenience.
Construction is scheduled to begin in 2026. Bader Saeed Hareb, Chairman of Global Partners Property Fund II, said the project reflects the company’s ambition to raise urban living standards in Dubai. He noted that the masterplan is intended to appeal to families, couples and investors seeking a peaceful lifestyle in a highly desirable location.
Fawaz Sous, CEO of OCTA Properties, said the firm is proud to serve as the exclusive sales and marketing partner for the project, describing it as a new benchmark for residential communities in Dubai. He added that OCTA will leverage its regional and international network to introduce the development to a global audience of buyers.
The project will also include two branded residences developed in collaboration with internationally renowned hotel brands. These partnerships are expected to bring hospitality-led services and premium living standards into the community, blending luxury, comfort and global brand prestige.
Residents will benefit from a secluded, nature-focused setting while remaining well connected to Dubai’s key business districts and lifestyle destinations.
With decades of investment experience, Global Partners said the Dubai Creek masterplan reflects its broader strategy to reshape the city’s urban fabric through design-led, world-class real estate projects. OCTA Properties will oversee sales and marketing, targeting both local and international investors as the project moves into its next phase.
