Vodafone renews partnership with TOD to enhance AFCON viewing experience
Vodafone has announced the renewal of its partnership with TOD, reinforcing its commitment to delivering premium sports and entertainment experiences to customers across Egypt.
Under the renewed collaboration, Vodafone customers will gain access to the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) through TOD, supported by Vodafone’s 5G network. The partnership aims to ensure wide coverage and a seamless, high-quality streaming experience for football fans during one of Africa’s most anticipated sporting tournaments.
In addition to AFCON coverage, Vodafone RED customers will continue to benefit from year-round access to TOD’s premium sports and entertainment offerings. This includes exclusive live sports broadcasts as well as an extensive on-demand library featuring Arabic, Turkish and Western content.
Both companies said the renewed agreement reflects their shared focus on innovation, advanced connectivity and delivering digital experiences that align with evolving viewer expectations. By combining TOD’s content portfolio with Vodafone’s network capabilities, the partnership seeks to set a higher standard for sports and entertainment streaming in the Egyptian market.
