"Employees are the backbone of all our endeavours, and just with their support and effort can we attain our strategic objectives," asserted Her Excellency Noura Al Kaabi, Minister of State for Federal National Council (FNC) Affairs, as she supervised the yearly Ministry staff meeting, held today (Wednesday, May 17, 2017) at the ADNEC Innovation Lab in Abu Dhabi.

The Ministry spares no initiative to create a happy, boosting work environment for its staff, H.E. Al Kaabi took place to note, including that the Ministry relies on its employees' commitment to satisfy its function in working with in between the UAE Government and the Federal National Council.

H.E. Tariq Hilal Lootah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs, attended the meeting, in addition to H.E. Sami Bin Adi, Assistant Undersecretary for Support Services Sector, and a variety of Ministry managers and staff.

The Minister of State for FNC Affairs advised the national workforce to adopt a culture of knowledge and innovation, and to work on creating their knowledge and skills to play their part in the Ministry's plans and strategies.

" The Ministry's progress and achievements are cumulative success for everybody, and a typical task for everyone to participate in," H.E. Noura Al Kaabi proceeded. "We desire act on the innovative suggestions and strategies you present. This provides momentum for the Ministry to implement its strategy and develop the UAE as a global good example for fostering productive participation between the legislative and executive authorities, as well as for spreading political awareness throughout all sections of society.

A number of workers were honoured for participating in the Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Programme (SKGEP) throughout the training course of the meeting, which saw participants from all administrative degrees in the Ministry contribute insight, and recommendation that seek to enhance overall performance.
