Emirates Islamic observes holy month of Ramadan with charitable initiatives

Emirates Islamic, one of the leading Islamic financial institutions in the UAE, is commencing the holy month of Ramadan with several charitable, humanitarian and community initiatives, including providing financial support to the Khalifa Foundation for Charitable and Humanitarian Works, through the Emirates Islamic Charity Fund.

The bank distributed Meer Ramadan (essential foodstuff and commodities regularly needed during Ramadan) to over five thousand families across the UAE. During the Holy Month, the bank makes several such charitable contributions in the spirit of faith and generosity.

Salah Mohammed Amin, Chief Executive Officer, Emirates Islamic, said, The holy month of Ramadan is an ideal opportunity to extend a helping hand to those who need it, in line with the Islamic values of compassion and generosity. We are proud to support the Khalifa Foundation, and the honourable work they do to improve the lives of many families. This Ramadan, Emirates Islamic will continue to support these families and help them meet their needs
