Team of Andre Bam and Andrew During book place at UAE Grand Final of the 17th Xerox Corporate Golf Challenge

Xerox Corporate Golf Challenge (XCGC) has concluded its seventh qualifying round at Johannesburgs Els Club Copperleaf, South Africa. From among 92 players in 46 teams, Andre Bam and Andrew During emerged as the winners with a score of 41 Stableford points. Barry Hasleham and Grant Gladwin scored 41 (missed out on countback), and Emile Burger and Erenst Karner scored 40, taking second and third places respectively.

Throughout the day, there was also the opportunity for teams to win on-course competitions. These included Aramexs Hole 5 Nearest the Pin, claimed by Wolhuter De Villiers; Eccos Hole 14 Nearest the Pin, won by Jan Greyling; and Crystal Gallerys Longest Drive, won by Jan Greyling.

The winning team joins other finalists in December 2015 in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK), United Arab Emirates, for a two-day, 36-hole Grand Final played at Tower Links and Al Hamra golf courses, with an overnight stay at the Waldorf Astoria, RAK, supported by Ras Al Khaimah Tourism.
