Salesforce highlights the ‘Agentic Enterprise’ at GITEX Global 2025
Salesforce, the global leader in AI-powered customer relationship management (CRM), announced it will showcase its latest agentic AI solutions at GITEX Global in Dubai from October 13–17. The company will focus on how organisations can leverage intelligent automation and digital labour to evolve into true ‘Agentic Enterprises’, driving efficiency and competitive advantage.
At its 264-square-metre booth in Hall 4, Stand B15, Salesforce will host live demonstrations and talks featuring its advanced solutions, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Hyperforce. These technologies aim to transform customer service, boost efficiency, and reshape operational models. Salesforce noted that its AI solutions are already being deployed successfully across sectors such as government, retail, and e-commerce.
“GITEX Global is the ideal platform to showcase how Salesforce is empowering regional organisations to transform with AI,” said Mohammed Alkhotani, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Salesforce Middle East. “Businesses feel immense pressure to use AI to improve services and drive efficiency, but many aren't sure where to start. Our solutions provide a clear path forward, enabling companies to deploy autonomous AI agents and stay ahead.”
The company expects strong engagement from regional businesses, with UAE organisations rapidly accelerating AI adoption. According to Salesforce’s State of IT report, 86% of IT teams in the UAE are expected to use AI agents within the next two years, while 70% see these agents as essential to business operations.
Salesforce has expanded its Middle East footprint significantly over the past year. In October 2024, it inaugurated its first regional office at Dubai Internet City, followed by a $500 million investment plan in Saudi Arabia announced in February 2025. The initiative focuses on AI workforce development and strengthening the company’s partner ecosystem to support local business transformation.
Meanwhile, Salesforce’s regional partner network continues to grow, with 275 partners in the Middle East—a 23% year-on-year increase. Certifications have also risen 24% to reach 5,803, underscoring the rising demand for Salesforce expertise in the region.
