Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Dubai City Walk Opens New Luxury Showroom 4

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Dubai has officially opened a new luxury showroom at City Walk, marking a major expansion of the brand’s retail presence in the region and making Dubai the first Middle East city to host two Rolls-Royce Motor Cars showrooms.

The new facility introduces the marque’s latest global visual identity and is designed to deliver highly personalised Bespoke commissioning experiences in a contemporary, immersive environment. The opening ceremony was attended by Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Chief Executive Chris Brownridge, alongside regional and local leadership.

Located within City Walk — one of Dubai’s leading open-air lifestyle and premium retail destinations — the showroom complements the existing Sheikh Zayed Road location while offering a more intimate, design-led setting focused on craftsmanship and personalisation.

Focus on Bespoke and Client Experience

According to James Crichton, Regional Director of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Middle East & Africa, the new showroom reflects the brand’s long-term commitment to markets that prioritise individuality and high-end craftsmanship.

He said the City Walk location embodies the company’s evolving identity as a “House of Luxury” and creates an environment where Bespoke commissioning is fully integrated into the client journey rather than treated as an add-on service.

Mamdouh Khairallah, Director for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Dubai, described the opening as a natural step in expanding service to the emirate’s luxury clientele. He said the space was specifically designed around commissioning and personalisation, reinforcing Dubai’s role as a global centre for luxury and craft-led experiences.

New Design Concept and Immersive Layout

The City Walk showroom has been developed around a client-first spatial concept, using natural light, open architectural flow, and tactile materials to create both social and private zones. The layout includes lounge-style areas and a speakeasy-inspired bar designed to encourage relaxed consultation and conversation.

Digital interfaces and curated material displays are integrated throughout the space to support interactive exploration of vehicle options, finishes, and design themes.

Bespoke Commissioning Atelier at the Core

A central feature of the new showroom is the Bespoke Commissioning Atelier, located on an upper level to provide privacy and focus. The atelier enables clients to work closely with specialists while selecting from a wide spectrum of leathers, veneers, embroidery threads, materials, and finishes.

The space also includes a Cabinet of Curiosities — a curated display of objects and materials intended to spark creative direction and design inspiration. The atelier is structured to support extended collaboration sessions, allowing clients to shape highly personalised motor cars.

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars said the new City Walk showroom is intended not only as a retail site, but as a creative destination centred on imagination, individuality, and Bespoke luxury experiences.
