Etihad Salam Telecom Company (Salam) and UnifyApps have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at accelerating the adoption of artificial intelligence across Saudi Arabia’s government and enterprise sectors.
The partnership was announced at LEAP 2026, where Salam is participating as a strategic sponsor under the theme “Powering what’s next.” The collaboration will combine Salam’s local telecommunications and digital infrastructure capabilities with UnifyApps’ Agentic Automation technology to help organisations streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Partnership to Drive AI-Native Transformation
The agreement is designed to provide government entities and businesses across the Kingdom with a streamlined pathway to adopt AI and build AI-native organisations.
Salam will leverage its position as a local technology and digital transformation enabler, while UnifyApps will provide its specialised Agentic Automation platform. The companies aim to address the specific regulatory, infrastructure and operational requirements of organisations operating in Saudi Arabia.

The model is intended to simplify the deployment of AI technologies while helping organisations navigate Saudi Arabia’s regulatory, infrastructure and operational requirements.
By combining global automation technology with local expertise and accountability, the partnership aims to reduce the risks and complexities associated with enterprise AI adoption.
UnifyApps Brings Agentic Automation Technology
