Rashed Aref Alshaikh Named Best Middle East Leader in Strategy and Governance at 2025 Leadership Summit
Rashed Aref Alshaikh, Director of the Strategy and Corporate Excellence Department at the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture), has been honored with the Best Middle East Leader in Strategy and Governance award at the 2025 Leadership Summit & Awards. The prestigious ceremony, organized by Business Fair Middle East, was held at the Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai.
The award was presented by Sheikh Salem bin Sultan bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Department of Civil Aviation in Ras Al Khaimah and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ras Al Khaimah International Airport.
Alshaikh was selected through a direct nomination process assessed by an expert panel. Evaluation criteria included sectoral influence, institutional achievements, and public engagement. His recognition underscores his pivotal role in enhancing governance frameworks and strategic excellence within Dubai Culture, as well as his broader impact on the cultural and creative ecosystem of the emirate.
