Policybazaar.ae, in partnership with Watania Takaful, has introduced ‘Watania Takaful – PB Auto Care Advantage (Pitstop P360)’, described as the UAE’s first premium garage-backed motor insurance plan. The solution is launched in collaboration with Pitstop Automotive Services LLC (Pitstop360).

The new offering combines comprehensive motor insurance coverage with guaranteed access to premium garage repairs and value-added automotive services, exclusively available to Policybazaar.ae customers. The initiative aims to redefine the post-purchase motor insurance experience, shifting from a transactional model to an integrated ownership solution.

Through the partnership, policyholders receive priority claims servicing and repairs at Pitstop’s advanced facilities located across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain. The service promises faster turnaround times and dealership-grade workmanship, addressing a long-standing gap in the market for vehicles beyond their initial agency repair period.

Neeraj Gupta, CEO of Policybazaar.ae, stated that the product reflects the company’s commitment to enhancing the customer ownership journey. He noted that while agency repairs are typically available during the first two years of a vehicle’s life, options narrow significantly in subsequent years — despite many vehicles carrying a five-year manufacturer warranty. The partnership aims to eliminate the trade-off between affordability and warranty protection by enabling repairs that preserve manufacturer warranties.
