Property Finder achieves 100% DLD compliance, setting new benchmark for transparency in Dubai real estate

Property Finder, one of the region’s leading real estate portals, has announced that it has achieved full, 100% compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations — a market-first milestone that aims to elevate trust, accuracy, and transparency across Dubai’s property sector.

The real estate market in Dubai has long faced challenges caused by misleading or duplicate listings, doctored photos, inflated claims, and non-existent properties. These issues often erode buyer confidence at a time when real estate decisions are financially significant and emotionally personal.

Property Finder says its latest achievement reflects a broad transformation driven by advanced technology, strict regulatory partnerships, and the commitment of thousands of agents — including its network of Super Agents — who prioritise professionalism and integrity.

At the core of this initiative is the DLD’s regulatory framework, strengthened by Trakheesi permits and scannable QR codes that verify listings before they are published. Property Finder has further embedded these processes into its platform using real-time validation tools and AI-powered nightly sweeps, which remove thousands of duplicate or misleading listings every day.

Abdulla Ahmad Al Shehhi, CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) at Dubai Land Department, said the milestone demonstrates the sector’s collective commitment to raising regulatory standards.
“Achieving 100% compliance represents more than just a milestone — it reflects the combined efforts of our partners and the private sector in advancing Dubai’s vision of a transparent, reliable, and technology-driven real estate ecosystem,” he added. “This accomplishment reinforces Dubai’s position as one of the most trusted real estate destinations globally.”

Cherif Sleiman, Chief Revenue Officer at Property Finder, highlighted the platform’s long-standing focus on regulatory alignment.
“Compliance has always been built into our DNA. Today, it is fully integrated into our platform architecture. Every listing is validated at the source through real-time checks powered by AI, ensuring that trust is not an added feature — it’s a foundational principle,” he said.

Industry experts note that the milestone marks a turning point for Dubai’s real estate landscape. It showcases how regulation, technology, and collaboration can come together to safeguard consumers and raise professional standards. As other global markets grapple with similar issues, Property Finder’s approach is being seen as a model for creating more transparent and trustworthy marketplaces.
