NXN collaborates with Amazon to enhance last-mile delivery efficiency in the UAE

NXN, 7X’s National Network for logistics, has partnered with Amazon UAE to transform delivery processes and last-mile services across the emirates. The announcement was made during the recently concluded 28th Universal Postal Congress – Dubai 2025.

The collaboration enables Amazon UAE to leverage NXN’s expansive logistics infrastructure, including dark stores and specialised fulfilment centres located within residential areas. This setup allows high-demand products to be stocked closer to customers, reducing delivery times while also cutting traffic congestion and emissions associated with long-distance transport.

Expanded pick-up options for customers

As part of the initiative, Amazon is expanding its use of NXN’s pick-up point network, giving customers the flexibility to collect their packages at secure locations on their own schedules. Customers can browse nearby pick-up point locations directly on the website.

Strengthening the UAE’s logistics ecosystem

NXN’s network, consisting of 87 branches, 1,000 out-of-home delivery points, and smart lockers across the UAE, is central to creating an integrated national system for sending, receiving, storage, and fulfilment.

This collaboration with Amazon UAE lays the groundwork for future partnerships aimed at advancing delivery models, boosting eCommerce capabilities, and further strengthening the UAE’s supply chain efficiency.
