Massive Factory Fire in Ras Al Khaimah Brought Under Control After 5-Hour Operation

Emergency response teams in Ras Al Khaimah successfully contained a major factory fire following a five-hour on-site operation involving more than 16 local and federal entities.

The fire broke out on Thursday, triggering an immediate activation of Ras Al Khaimah’s joint emergency plan. Civil defence units, supported by firefighting brigades from neighboring Emirates and specialized technical teams, responded swiftly to tackle the fast-spreading blaze.

Thanks to the coordinated efforts, which included firefighting, cooling, and evacuation operations, the fire was fully brought under control without any reported injuries, despite the scale and intensity of the incident.

Authorities praised the seamless collaboration between emergency services and the rapid mobilization of resources, which were instrumental in preventing casualties and limiting structural damage.

An investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the fire.
