Malone Souliers Announces Appointment of Andrew Wright as Chief Executive Officer

Malone Souliers has announced the appointment of Andrew Wright as its new Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant milestone in the brand’s global expansion strategy. Wright joins the luxury footwear house after an eight-year tenure at Manolo Blahnik, where he served as Global Chief Commercial Officer and later as President of the Americas.

With more than 30 years of experience in the international fashion industry, Wright brings extensive leadership expertise and commercial insight to his new role. His career began at Ralph Lauren, where he spent over a decade shaping global sales and product merchandising strategies. He later held senior leadership positions at Louis Vuitton, serving as Global Merchandising and Business Development Director, followed by Global Retail Learning Director. During his time there, Wright helped influence global product assortment and talent development initiatives, contributing to the brand’s operational excellence across international markets.

Before joining Malone Souliers, Wright also served as a Retail Excellence Consultant for footwear designer Nicholas Kirkwood, further expanding his expertise in luxury fashion retail.

Wright’s strong commercial acumen, deep understanding of the U.S. market, and proven track record in brand building position him to lead Malone Souliers through its next phase of development. His appointment comes as the company prepares to open a new office and showroom in New York, a key step in strengthening its market presence in the United States and other international regions.
