With the final days of the Dubai Shopping Malls Group (DSMG) promotion fast approaching, shoppers have one last chance to try their luck at bagging some of the most amazing prizes up for grabs in the biggest shopping bonanza ever. The promotion titled A Million Reasons To Shop has attracted not only the citys residents, but also tourists who flock to Dubai during the annual Dubai Shopping Festival.
DSMG launched its month long promotion alongside the festival on January 1st which is supported by 18 malls across Dubai. Raffle draws held every week give away prizes valued at a total of AED 1 million. The latest weekly draw held on 23 January saw five winners take home AED 20,000, while a single winner walked away with the Mega Bumper Cash Prize worth AED 100,000.

The winners were selected from shoppers, who purchased merchandise over AED 200 at one of the retail outlets at participating malls. One of the weeks AED 20,000 winners was a nine year old girl, Liba Faisal, whose family has lived in the city for the last 15 years. Her father, an Indian national commented: This comes as a great surprise. We purchased our raffle coupons at Arabian Center and filled in each family members name. We would have never guessed that one of us would be lucky enough to win a prize such as this. I have read about shoppers winning at raffles, but never expected my daughter would be one of them.

As they enter the last week of the festival, the participating malls are looking to offer some of the most extravagant deals and promotions. Retailers are offering various deals and discounts covering fashion accessories, jewellery, clothes, furniture, perfumes, and much more.
The final weekly draw promises to be just as exciting and will be held on February 1st, 2015 at Arabian Center.
The malls participating in the campaign include Al Bustan Centre, Al Ghurair, Al Manal Centre, Al Mulla Centre, Arabian Center, Bin Sougat Centre, Century Mall, Lamcy Plaza, Mazaya Centre, Oasis Centre, Sunset Mall, Palm Strip, Times Square Centre, Etihad Mall, Barsha, Karama Centre, THE BEACH opposite JBR and CITY WALK.
