ENOC Group Hosts Forum for Young Adults in Partnership with Dubai Youth Council

ENOC Group yesterday hosted a youth forum in partnership with the Dubai Youth Council, which engaged young people on career leads and insights on the future of the power market.

Held at the Youth Hub in Emirates Towers, 25 young adults participated in conversations and workshops that dealt with subjects consisting of the future past oil and gas, mobility, service delivery and profession ambitions.

Meeting with and hearing from ENOC experts, participants from the Dubai Youth Council discovered prospects around the evolution of the energy sector, diversifying federal profits streams beyond oil and gas, upskilling in the middle of an advancing energy landscape, in addition to assumptions from an oil and gas employer.

His Excellency Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group CEO, ENOC, said: "Today's youth are the future energy leaders and our team believe involving them as representatives of change empowers them for their future duties and strengthens their management and contribution to structure and maintaining the UAE's power sector."

Saeed AlNazari, Executive Director of the Young people Office, said: "The cooperation in between the Young people Centre and UAE government and personal entities yields initiatives and activities that improve youths's knowledge in numerous self-controls, which remains in line with the Youth National Program and enhances our efforts to attain the UAE vision 2021 and the centennial 2071."

The session is part of ENOC's method to encourage young people by engaging and motivating their development within the UAE's energy sector.

Furthermore, ENOC has developed Work Placement Programmes where the Group collaborates with local colleges and universities for the consumption of UAE National students and places them for their training and growth. These training programs are developed by Skill Administration in control with the National Development Program.
