ENOC Group Awards EPC Contract for jet Fuel Pipeline to Al Maktoum International Airport

ENOC Group, with its subsidiary Horizon Terminals Ltd, awarded the Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) agreement for a 16.2-kilometre jet gas pipeline that connects its storage space terminals in Jebel Ali with Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) in Dubai South, to Dubai-based Albanna Engineering.

The construction of the pipeline is expected to be completed in 24 months and will be functional in the initial quarter of 2020, in time for Expo 2020 Dubai. After completion, the pipe will certainly carry 2,000 cubic metres of jet gas per hour to DWC, which is billed to be the world's largest and will certainly obtain a considerable share of international visitors to the Expo.
