Emirates Islamic, one of the leading Islamic financial institutions in the UAE, has announced a philanthropic community initiative to collect donations on behalf of Dubai Health Authority (DHA) for their MOSAADAH charity programme.

MOSAADAH, a charity program created by DHA, aims to help patients and families who cannot afford medical treatment, as well as contribute to projects in support of hospital equipment and medical facilities.

As part of this initiative, Emirates Islamic customers can donate funds to MOSAADAH under a specially created charity account: Emirates Islamic 0384 540010 001 under MOSAADAH. Donations can be made through any Emirates Islamic branch, ATM or CDM across the UAE or via online banking and by SMS.

He also highlighted DHAs commitment towards ensuring that all members of the community have access to adequate healthcare services, in addition to improving the health status of the population through DHAs hospitals and health centres, available across the emirate.

Al Maidoor added that DHAs partnership with Emirates Islamic will provide several patients in need of treatment services, an opportunity to access state of the art medical facilities. He also pointed out to the efforts made by MOSAADAH charity programme over the past years, in providing healthcare services to underprivileged patients.

Emirates Islamic has launched several community and charitable programmes as part of its ongoing commitment to support the UAE community, and in particular to the development of the UAE healthcare industry. Previously the Bank made significant contributions to DHA to support Dubai Hospital and Rashid Hospital in purchasing new medical equipment.
