Maryam Gate Residences, situated next to Maryam Beach Residences, complements Maryam Islands residential master plan with six low-rise constructions presenting convenient access to the islands major retail boulevard, internal garden spaces and canal views, which includes the citys well-known Mamzar and Al Khan beaches. Noor Residences is the first building to be launched.
