Deyaar breaks ground on DWTN Residences, a new residential landmark in Dubai
Deyaar Development PJSC, one of Dubai’s leading real estate developers and service providers, has officially broken ground on DWTN Residences, a flagship residential project aimed at redefining luxury urban living in the emirate.
The groundbreaking ceremony, attended by senior executives and members of Deyaar’s leadership team, marks the start of construction on a development that is set to become a prominent addition to Dubai’s residential landscape.
DWTN Residences will comprise more than 522 meticulously designed homes, ranging from one- to three-bedroom apartments to duplexes, penthouses, and a distinctive Royal Palace located at the summit of the tower. The project has been conceived to cater to diverse lifestyle preferences while maintaining a strong emphasis on design quality and functionality.
Spanning over 75,000 square feet, the development will integrate a wide array of amenities within the tower, positioning DWTN Residences as a self-sustained vertical community rather than a conventional high-rise building. The amenity offering is intended to enhance residents’ quality of life while fostering a sense of community within the development.
Commenting on the milestone, Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami, Chief Executive Officer of Deyaar, said the project reflects the company’s commitment to innovation and end-user-focused development.
