Longstanding association with private sector entities helps DFRE reinforce ‘Eid in Dubai’s overarching aim of uniting Dubai’s diverse population during Eid Al Adha celebrations

As Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), an agency of the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), launches its seventh edition of ‘Eid in Dubai – Eid Al Adha’ from 25 September to 11 October, 2014 – Dubai’s leading business entities are looking forward to offering their continued support during the much-awaited 17-day campaign, held under the theme, ‘United in Celebration’.

DFRE stated that ‘Eid in Dubai – Eid Al Adha’ comes to live with continued support from its strategic partners and sponsors, who play an instrumental role in promoting the festival to both regional and international visitors as well as residents representing Dubai’s multicultural population. The alliance also serves testimony to the strong public-private sector collaboration that DFRE upholds which results in the tremendous growth and success of our events and festivals throughout the year.

Aimed at uniting people of diverse nationalities to celebrate the joyous occasion and to strengthen Dubai’s position as a destination of choice during Eid holidays, ‘Eid in Dubai – Eid Al Adha’ is a citywide celebration, featuring a holistic lineup of events and activities organized across the city from the leading shopping malls to popular public spots.
