Dubai Land Department Partners with MIE Events to Boost Real Estate Investment at APEX 2025 in Miami

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has signed a strategic partnership with MIE Events to enhance Dubai’s presence at the upcoming APEX 2025 exhibition in Miami, aiming to unlock new global investment opportunities in the emirate’s real estate sector.

The agreement, signed by Majid Al Marri, CEO of the Real Estate Registration Sector at DLD, and David Wang, Chairman of MIE Groups, will support Dubai’s real estate strategy by promoting foreign direct investment and reinforcing its global positioning as a premier destination for real estate ventures.

“This collaboration represents a strategic step that supports our objectives of attracting foreign investments, fostering sustainable growth in the sector, and providing an enabling environment rooted in transparency and innovation,” said Majid Al Marri. “It aligns with the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033 and our wider national goals.”

Under the agreement, DLD will highlight Dubai’s competitive real estate advantages, streamline administrative processes for international investors, and provide regulatory support to developers. MIE Events, meanwhile, will organise targeted events and workshops to promote Dubai’s real estate offerings globally. The group will also coordinate site visits for foreign investors, publish regular market insights, and facilitate strategic partnerships through bilateral meetings and forums.

David Wang emphasized the importance of the partnership, stating, “This agreement with the Dubai Land Department for APEX 2025 marks a significant milestone in our mission to connect global real estate markets. It underscores Dubai’s growing influence on the international investment landscape.”
