Dubai Digital has secured a remarkable achievement on the global stage, winning seven honors at the prestigious Stevie® International Business Awards 2025. The recognition spans across human resources, customer service, and marketing and communications, highlighting the authority’s innovation, efficiency, and leadership in corporate excellence.

In the human resources category, Dubai Digital won the Gold Award for Human Resources Achievement for its Talent Management System, and a Silver Award for the Digital Pioneers Initiative, a program dedicated to developing national capabilities and talents.

In the customer service field, Dubai Digital received the Silver Award for Achievement in Customer Satisfaction after recording an impressive 98% satisfaction rate across more than 320 government services. Additionally, Reem Al Falasi, the Authority’s Contact Center Supervisor, earned the Silver Award for Executive of the Year in Customer Service.

The authority also made its mark in marketing and communications, claiming three Bronze Awards. The "Be Aware" campaign was recognized as the Most Innovative Initiative in the Use of Social Media for its effective awareness methods. The Marketing and Communications Department itself won the award for Best Marketing Department 2025, while the Authority’s efforts in staff engagement earned the title of Best Internal Communications Campaign in the “Organizations with 100 or More Employees” category.

Commenting on the achievement, His Excellency Tariq Yousef Al Janahi, CEO of the Corporate Empowerment Sector at Dubai Digital, said:

Al Janahi further emphasized that the recognition reflects the collaborative spirit within the organization, adding that the awards serve as motivation to continue advancing through creativity and initiative.

The awards ceremony will take place in Lisbon, Portugal, on October 10, 2025, bringing together global winners. Established in 2002, the Stevie® International Business Awards are among the most renowned honors recognizing business excellence and innovation worldwide.
