CIPS Champions Women’s Leadership in Procurement with Inspiring Event in Riyadh

The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) reaffirmed its commitment to promoting gender diversity and empowering female professionals in the procurement industry with the successful hosting of its latest Women in Procurement Leadership Breakfast in Riyadh. The event brought together senior women leaders and rising professionals from across the Kingdom for a morning of shared insights, inspiration, and networking.

Held as part of CIPS' regional efforts to support the advancement of women in procurement, the gathering focused on leadership pathways, professional growth, and the power of community. The program featured real-world success stories, practical advice, and expert panel discussions that provided attendees with both strategic tools and a strong sense of peer support.

Key discussion themes included:

Lubna Al Mohammedi, Head of Operations at CIPS Arabia, emphasized the significance of the initiative, stating:
