Deliverect Partners with Paymob to Transform Payment Solutions for Restaurants in the Middle East
In a move aimed at simplifying financial operations for restaurants and enhancing customer experience, Delivered, a global provider of on and off-premise restaurant technology solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with Paymob, one of the MENA region’s leading financial services enablers. The collaboration introduces Paymob as a new integrated payment option within Deliverect Pay, expanding the platform’s robust ecosystem for food and beverage (F&B) businesses across the Middle East.
The integration enables restaurants using Delivered Direct to process payments via Paymob’s gateway, giving them access to embedded payment features, faster fund access, higher acceptance rates, and dedicated account support. As part of the launch offer, restaurants will also enjoy free daily settlements for the first three months and preferential pricing.
Importantly, the partnership brings flexibility to consumers and restaurants alike by enabling multiple payment options, including credit and debit cards, digital wallets, and Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services.
“We are delighted to partner with Paymob, which has established itself as one of the leading financial service enablers in the MENA region,” said Naji Haddad, Vice President of EMEA at Deliverect. “This collaboration adds to the growing number of payment solutions available on our platform, supporting restaurant growth and operational efficiency.”
Haddad emphasized that the integration of Paymob aligns with Deliverect’s goal to strengthen its payments infrastructure, facilitating both in-store and off-store transactions. The company also revealed plans to potentially integrate Paymob into smart digital kiosks deployed at partner restaurants.
Founded in 2015, Paymob has rapidly evolved into a trusted name in digital finance, powering payment systems across multiple industries in the region.
“Our partnership with Deliverect reinforces Paymob’s position as a fintech leader in the F&B space,” said Islam Shawky, Co-founder and CEO of Paymob. “We have built a payment infrastructure designed to empower merchants by delivering seamless accessibility and ease of use.”
The Deliverect-Paymob partnership marks a significant milestone in the Middle East's evolving F&B landscape, where digital solutions and operational efficiency are becoming key drivers of customer satisfaction and business growth.
