Launched in response to direct customer feedback, the program is fully integrated into the Deem Mobile App, allowing cardholders to seamlessly switch between two distinct modes:

• JOY Mode: Offers guaranteed rewards on Lifestyle and Travel spending, with accelerated earnings up to AED 1,000 based on spend thresholds.

• WIN Mode: Allows customers to earn entries into a grand prize draw of AED 250,000 for every AED 100 spent.
