BMW Motorrad Middle East and AGMC showcase next-generation frontline motorcycles at Intersec 2026
BMW Motorrad Middle East, in partnership with AGMC, the authorised importer of BMW Group vehicles for Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates, is showcasing its latest Authority and Protection motorcycles at Intersec 2026, the world’s leading trade fair for security, safety and fire protection, being held at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
Intersec brings together global industry leaders, government bodies and public safety experts to highlight innovations shaping the future of security and emergency response. As part of the 2026 edition, BMW Motorrad and AGMC are presenting a range of purpose-built authority motorcycles designed to support frontline operations across diverse and demanding environments in the UAE.
Purpose-built authority motorcycles on display
Visitors to the BMW Motorrad and AGMC stand can view four Authority models engineered for reliability, performance and operational adaptability.
The BMW R 1300 RT-P is a touring-focused authority motorcycle developed for high-performance patrol duties and daily operational use. It combines long-distance comfort with strong manoeuvrability in urban environments. Powered by a 1,300cc ShiftCam boxer engine producing 145hp and 149Nm of torque, the RT-P delivers stable and efficient performance for demanding authority applications.
The BMW R 1300 GS-P is designed for mixed-terrain operations, offering confident performance both on and off road. Its air/liquid-cooled 1,300cc boxer engine produces 145hp and 149Nm of torque, while advanced rider assistance systems enhance stability, safety and control during complex missions.
The BMW F 900 GS-P is a versatile enduro motorcycle suited to authority use on asphalt and unpaved surfaces. Featuring a parallel-twin engine, lightweight construction and a 14.5-litre plastic fuel tank, it delivers a balance of agility, efficiency and rider comfort supported by safety-focused technologies.
The BMW F 800 GS-P is a midsize adventure motorcycle offering dependable performance and efficient fuel consumption. With an output of 87hp and a balanced chassis, it provides controlled handling and operational confidence, supported by rider-focused ergonomics.
Commitment to authority mobility solutions
Steve Noon, Head of BMW Motorrad Middle East, said the brand remains focused on delivering specialised motorcycles for law enforcement and authority fleets. He noted that BMW Motorrad’s emphasis on innovation and rider-centred engineering has positioned it as a trusted partner for public service operations across the region.
