Ras Al Khaimah, April 29, 2015: Aster DM Healthcare opened Aster Medical Centre in Ras Al Khaimah aimed at providing quality and cost-effective care for the UAE citizens and expatriate families in the emirate. The Medical Centre started functioning in Al Nakheel, in the heart of the northern emirate, meeting the expectations of the residents for receiving better healthcare services.

Aster Medical Centre RAK is the newest addition to Aster family of health facilities, offering international standard primary healthcare in a modern, efficient and relaxed environment. With an area of 3,760 square feet and conveniently located at Muntasir in Al Nakheel, opposite United Arab Bank, the Centre will bring affordable and quality healthcare services to the residents of this northern emirate.

The Centre has line-up a group of doctors in different medical disciplines including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Orthopaedics, Dentistry, Radiology, and Pathology. The Centre is also equipped with advanced medical technology, spacious consulting and procedure rooms, observation unit, in-house imaging and diagnostic labs, and attached Aster pharmacy outlet.

HE Engr. Salem Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Chairman of Civil Aviation Department, Ras Al Khaimah, inaugurated the Aster Medical Centre, in the presence of Lt. Connell Abdulla Ahmed Bin Salman Al Neaimi - Head of Strategy and Performance Development Section of RAK Police; Hanan H Abdulla - Acting Director General of RAK Civil Aviation Department; Dr Azad Moopen - Chairman and Managing Director of Aster DM Healthcare and other dignitaries.

Commenting on the opening of the Aster Medical Centre - RAK, Dr Azad Moopen, said; We are pleased to expand our services to Ras Al Khaimah through this facility.
