Imdaad unveils Integrated Network Operations Centre at 2016 FM EXPO

Imdaad, a leading provider of integrated facilities, environment and energy management solutions in the GCC, introduces its Integrated Network Operations Centre (INOC) throughout its involvement at the 2016 FM EXPO. The service also held a live presentation of the centre to display remote management and monitoring of its customers' sites and centers. INOC is a smart command and control centre that is based on the Internet of Things (IoT) idea and developed collectively with Robotina, a Slovenia-based detailed automation solutions provider.

INOC intelligently analyses the performance trends of interconnected possessions and associates with the behavior of the structure's eco-system to come up with a set of recommendations and restorative actions, which the system admin can apply automatically or selectively. Its functions consist of a cognitive computing platform, predictive maintenance capability, smooth machine-to-machine (M2M) interaction, automated restorative steps, real-time monitoring and tracking of possessions, and energy management.

Jamal Abdullah Lootah, CEO, Imdaad, stated: "Imdaad unveiled among its most ambitious projects -- INOC-- at the 2016 FM EXPO, reinforcing its assistance for green and sustainable advancement. Through this innovative innovation we will from another location handle all client facilities, thus conserving energy, minimizing carbon footprints, and lowering functional cost to provide much better value. Its other advantages consist of a healthier working and living environment, a much better and greener structure, and transparent contract reporting. While we are confident that environment- and expense- conscious consumers who value their assets would take eager interest in this next-generation technology, our primary target sector remains commercial office buildings and commercial centers."

FM EXPO 2016, the Middle East's biggest centers management event and part of the Community Management Week, will happen from May 23 to 25, 2016 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Made entirely from recycled items such as used pipelines and recycled wood, Imdaad's stand will be located at Z6F120. Khaddour, the fun-loving leaf character and the mascot of Imdaad's flagship Be'ati initiative, will also exist at the stand to educate visitors about environmental sustainability. In addition, there will be an automated HR kiosk, making it possible for employees to apply for leaves, procedure wage certifications and perform other HR associated functions.
