London-listed luxury international real estate developer, Dar Global, has revealed an exciting collaboration with Aston Martin, the British ultra-luxury marque. This partnership will see Aston Martin's renowned design team crafting interiors for an exquisite beachfront residential development in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

Set to be officially introduced in May, the new development will grace the majestic Al Marjan Island, marking Aston Martin's first foray into real estate projects in the GCC region. With an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately US$250 million, the project is slated for official unveiling in May 2024, with construction scheduled for completion by 2028.
