Western Digital has confirmed its participation at Gitex Global 2025, scheduled for October 13–17 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The company will spotlight its AI-ready enterprise storage solutions, including high-capacity HDDs and advanced storage platforms designed to support large-scale, data-intensive AI workloads.

Joint showcases with ecosystem partners

Western Digital will present its latest innovations in collaboration with ecosystem partners including Redington (H5-A10, Hall 5), QNAP (H24-04, Hall 24), and Asbis Middle East (CC1-22, Concourse 1). Visitors will be able to explore a wide range of storage solutions optimized to meet the region’s growing demand for scalable AI infrastructures.

Storage built for the AI era

With AI accelerating data generation at unprecedented levels, Western Digital emphasized the critical role of HDDs in ensuring efficiency and scalability. At the exhibition, the company will showcase:

• 32TB Ultrastar® DC HC690 SMR HDD

• 26TB Ultrastar DC HC590 CMR HDD

• 26TB WD Red® Pro HDD

These drives are designed to maximize storage density, deliver reliability, and ensure cost efficiency across hyperscale cloud and enterprise environments.

Western Digital will also demonstrate its OpenFlex® Data24 NVMe-oF™ platform, which extends the performance of NVMe™ flash over Ethernet fabrics to enable low-latency, scalable storage for AI-driven infrastructures. Its efficiency and scalability were recently validated by MLPerf® Storage V2 results, confirming its value as a cost-effective solution for demanding AI workloads.
