Azizi Developments’ Rêve in Riviera reaches 56% construction milestone

Azizi Developments, one of the UAE’s leading private developers, has announced that its flagship project Rêve, located within the fourth phase of the French Mediterranean-inspired Riviera community in MBR City, Meydan, has reached 56% construction completion.

According to the developer, the project’s structural works are 94% finished, with blockwork at 74%, internal plastering at 66%, and tiling at 30%. Progress on HVAC and MEP systems has reached 48% and 42%, respectively, while façade works stand at 18% and external works at 55%. Finishes are currently 32% complete, with a workforce of 3,900 employees deployed on-site to ensure timely delivery.
