VIVA, Kuwaits fastest-growing telecom operator, announced its sponsorship, for the National Union of Kuwaiti Students - USA Branch (NUKS-USA) annual orientation event that was held on Friday, July 31, 2015 at Mishref Fair Grounds hall 8 . The event was attended by members of the NUKS USA branch, representatives of the Ministry of Higher Education, the Cultural offices, US Embassy and VIVAs executives and directors, in addition to thousands of the students who were accepted into the scholarship at United States.

VIVA's sponsorship of the National Union of Kuwaiti Students events and activities aims at supporting and serving students abroad, VIVA reaffirms its social responsibility towards aspiring youth who are the most valuable asset capable of representing Kuwait and elevate its name in regional and international events.

The annual orientation session, which is organized by the National Union of Kuwaiti Students - USA Branch is a key part of the guidance process that its constantly carry out throughout the school year, in order to spread interest for students and to direct and guide them through answering on any inquiries and questions from the students and their parents, in terms of scholarship and the required conditions as well as how to register in US institutes and universities.

The orientation session has permeated several of activities and events including an exhibition of universities and academic specializations and cities in US. In order to give full explanation of new students about that specializations and cities that intends to study, along with discussion sessions from the students who are studying in US from all specializations to help and share their experience with the attendees.

VIVA also congratulated this years scholarship recipients who will be studying in the US, reaffirming that NUKS-US branch performs an important role for Kuwait. NUKS students benefit from high-quality academic learning and unique life experiences which will be valuable in their future professional careers.
