Tally Solutions Launches FinTAXtic1000 to Upskill Finance Professionals in UAE

Tally Solutions, a leading international business management software provider, has launched the first edition of FinTAXtic1000, an initiative aimed at training 1,000 finance professionals across the UAE. The program, organized in partnership with Al Wafaa Group and FintEdu, provides free workshops focusing on UAE Corporate Tax compliance, technology adoption, and essential soft skills for career advancement.

The inaugural session attracted 120 in-person participants and garnered more than 7,000 online views across Al Wafaa’s social media platforms, underscoring the strong demand for targeted financial upskilling opportunities in the region. The workshops are designed to benefit Chartered Accountants, finance professionals, and job seekers by bridging the gap between academic knowledge and real-world business requirements.

As part of the initiative, Tally Solutions offered hands-on TallyPrime training, demonstrating how automation can simplify compliance processes. FintEdu developed the specialized curriculum, while Al Wafaa Group led employability and digital readiness sessions to enhance participants’ career growth.

The event also featured expert-led discussions. CA Rajiv Hira, Founding Partner of FintEdu, provided guidance on mastering UAE Corporate Tax, while Muneer AlWafaa, Founder and CEO of Al Wafaa Group Dubai, discussed the role of AI in career development. Praveen Kumar S, Product Expert at Tally Solutions, shared insights on how TallyPrime helps businesses remain compliant and future-ready.

With the UAE’s SME sector expanding, the demand for finance professionals with practical tax expertise and business acumen continues to grow. Initiatives like FinTAXtic1000 aim to meet this demand by offering free, impactful sessions that empower job seekers and working professionals alike.
