Swisslog to Showcase Next-Generation Food Warehouse Automation at Gulfood Manufacturing 2025
Swisslog, a global leader in automated logistics and warehouse solutions, is set to showcase its latest innovations in food warehouse automation at Gulfood Manufacturing 2025, taking place from 4–6 November at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The company will demonstrate how intelligent automation can transform the food supply chain, enhance sustainability, and future-proof operations across production, distribution, and e-grocery.
Visitors to Stand 131 in Hall 1 will experience live demonstrations of Swisslog’s flagship technologies, including AutoStore, the industry-leading robotic storage and order fulfilment system, and an advanced robotic palletizing solution. Combined with Swisslog’s proprietary software, these systems enable precise inventory control, efficient distribution, and end-to-end visibility—helping food and beverage businesses scale effectively in an increasingly complex marketplace.
“As consumer demand evolves with the rapid rise of e-commerce, private-label products, and ready-to-eat foods, manual logistics processes are no longer sustainable,” said Rami Younes, General Manager of Swisslog Middle East. “With the UAE aiming to generate AED 200 billion from logistics within seven years, automation is key to achieving speed, reliability, and sustainability. At Gulfood Manufacturing, we will demonstrate how Swisslog solutions deliver full-scale efficiency—reducing waste, enhancing food safety, and optimizing productivity.”
The shift toward digital and automated logistics comes as the Middle East’s e-commerce market is projected to hit USD 50 billion in 2025, following a 30% surge in online orders last year. With over 400 global installations, AutoStore remains at the forefront of this evolution, enabling faster fulfilment and accuracy for leading global and regional brands.
Swisslog’s technology is already powering operations for industry giants such as Coca-Cola, Unilever, Pepsi, and regional leaders including Danube, Mai Dubai, and Robostores. Across more than 350 projects in 35 countries, Swisslog’s tailored automation systems have consistently improved space utilization, shortened order cycles, and minimized waste—critical advancements for an industry where nearly 30% of food production is lost along the supply chain.
As sustainability and efficiency become top priorities in food production, Gulfood Manufacturing 2025 will serve as a hub for innovation, connecting global leaders in food and beverage technology. Swisslog’s participation reaffirms its commitment to shaping the future of smart, sustainable logistics across the region.
