Smart Dubai Registers 3 Wins at .Gov Magazines Annual Government ICT Achievements Awards

Smart Dubai has won three awards at the annual Government ICT Success Awards, arranged recently by.Gov publication - an ITP publication-- at The Grosvenor Residence hotel in Dubai Marina.

Attended by greater than 200 government official and ICT experts, the occasion clarifies the development and achievements of governments across the GCC in the information and communications innovation (ICT) field. A total of 21 honors were given out, three which went to Smart Dubai, particularly: The "G2G Service of the Year" for Robotic Agent, and "G2C Service of the Year" for the artificial-intelligence- powered solution, Saad, along with the Leadership in Digital Transformation" for Her Excellency Dr Aisha bint Butti bin Bishr, Director General of the Smart Dubai Office.

H.E. Dr Aisha bin Bishr applauded the Dubai Smart government's three-way win at.Gov magazine's yearly Government ICT Success Awards, noting that it reaffirms DSG's unrelenting initiatives to provide costs smart services, and to make use of modern technology to offer a favorable and seamless experience for the residents and site visitors of Dubai. These initiatives bring Dubai closer to becoming the world's most intelligent and happiest city, H.E. included, as routed by the UAE's sensible management, to position Dubai on the center of world smart cities, supplying best-in- course services for everyone."
