Six Flags Qiddiya City to Open on December 31, 2025

Qiddiya City has announced that its first major attraction, Six Flags Qiddiya City, will officially open to visitors on 31 December 2025. The launch marks a significant milestone for the Kingdom, as the destination becomes Saudi Arabia’s first-of-its-kind theme park designed to deliver world-class entertainment powered by the city’s core philosophy — the Power of Play.

Located just 40 minutes from Riyadh, Qiddiya City is positioned as the world’s first global destination built entirely around entertainment, sports and culture. Six Flags Qiddiya City will serve as the city’s flagship entertainment offering, introducing next-level thrills and immersive experiences for families, adventure seekers and international visitors.

The park will feature 28 rides, including several that are set to break global records. Among the most notable attractions are Falcons Flight — the world’s tallest, fastest and longest roller coaster — Iron Rattler, the world’s tallest tilt coaster, and Spitfire, the world’s tallest inverted coaster. Alongside these headline attractions, 18 rides have been specially designed for younger guests and families, ensuring a diverse and inclusive experience for all ages.

Visitors will also find a wide selection of international dining options and retail outlets offering exclusive Six Flags merchandise. Ticket prices will start at SAR 325 for adults and SAR 275 for children, with infants under four years admitted free of charge. All tickets will include access to all rides, while guests seeking priority entry can opt for the Unlimited GoFast Pass. Discounted tickets for people with disabilities, senior citizens and their companions will be available exclusively at the park, starting from SAR 75.

Guests can reach Six Flags Qiddiya City by car, taxi or shuttle. A designated parking area will offer complimentary shuttles to the park entrance, while visitors arriving via public transport can board free queue shuttles from Jeddah Metro Station starting at 3:00 p.m. All shuttles will be accessible to individuals with disabilities.

Brian Machamer, Park President of Six Flags Qiddiya City, emphasized that the opening reflects the vision behind Qiddiya City. “Six Flags Qiddiya City not only opens its doors to the public for the first time, it begins to showcase everything Qiddiya City stands for: bold imagination, unforgettable experiences, and a new benchmark for global entertainment,” he said.

Ahead of the official opening, Six Flags Qiddiya City completed a series of Market Entry Events across Doha, Dubai and Kuwait, where regional travel trade partners received an exclusive preview of the park’s attractions. The showcases marked a major step in strengthening ties across the GCC and bolstering awareness ahead of launch.
