Polynome Group to drive AI adoption at Machines Can Think 2026 in Abu Dhabi

Polynome Group, a UAE-based artificial intelligence company specialising in end-to-end AI solutions, is set to highlight advanced applications of artificial intelligence at Machines Can Think 2026, Abu Dhabi’s flagship summit for AI adopters. The event will bring together more than 1,500 global leaders, experts, and decision-makers to explore practical and strategic AI adoption.

Co-hosted with the Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI), the two-day summit will take place on January 26 and 27 at Park Hyatt Saadiyat Island. The programme will feature over 50 topics and participants from more than 30 countries, including AI researchers, technologists, and senior executives from organisations such as Meta, NVIDIA, MBZUAI, Mubadala, and G42. The summit will open with the participation of H.H. Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, alongside Alexander Khanin, Founder and Director of Polynome Group, and will include a keynote address by H.E. Omar Sultan Al Olama, Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications.

At the event, Polynome Group will present its intelligent AI concierge, an enterprise-grade, multi-channel assistant designed to enhance customer service and internal operations across government and corporate environments. The solution supports voice, text, websites, mobile applications, self-service kiosks, and call centres, enabling organisations to automate routine tasks, respond to enquiries efficiently, and deliver consistent service across digital touchpoints.

The company will also showcase its visual analytics tool powered by machine vision technology. Using existing video camera infrastructure, the solution analyses in-person customer interactions in locations such as offices, retail outlets, lounges, and service centres. By monitoring response times, interaction duration, and service flow, the tool provides real-time insights that help organisations optimise offline customer experiences and operational performance.

Alexander Khanin said the summit offers an important platform to address the growing gap between AI investment and leadership readiness. He noted that while a majority of organisations in the Middle East plan to increase AI spending in 2026, many executives are still expected to govern technologies they do not fully understand. He added that Polynome Group’s participation aims to advance conversations around AI fluency, governance, and executive decision-making, enabling leaders to adopt AI with confidence and clarity.

In addition to its technology showcase, Polynome Group will host two executive-focused workshops. The first, AI Fluency for Leaders, is designed to help decision-makers identify opportunities, anticipate disruption, and build AI-ready organisations without requiring technical expertise. The second session, What C-levels Must Know About AI, will provide a structured framework for evaluating AI use cases, managing risk, ensuring governance, and measuring return on investment at board level.

Polynome Group is also the organiser behind Machines Can See, Dubai’s flagship AI summit held during Dubai AI Week at the Museum of the Future. The 2025 edition attracted delegates from more than 45 countries and generated over five million online engagements, reinforcing the group’s role in advancing strategic AI adoption across the region.

Machines Can Think 2026 is supported by a broad ecosystem of partners, including MBZUAI, the Abu Dhabi Convention and Exhibition Bureau, Yango Group, Mubadala, NVIDIA, Abu Dhabi Police, DDN, e&, Tahaluf, and several regional and global technology organisations.
