Moro Hub and PwC Middle East partner to drive smart city and critical infrastructure transformation across the region
Moro Hub, a subsidiary of Digital DEWA under Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), has announced a strategic partnership with PwC Middle East to accelerate Smart City development, Integrated Command Centre (ICC) capabilities, Critical Infrastructure Monitoring, and Internet of Things (IoT) initiatives across the region.
The collaboration leverages Moro Hub’s advanced digital infrastructure and IoT expertise alongside PwC’s global capabilities in digital trust, smart city strategy, and cybersecurity. Together, the organisations aim to support the UAE’s vision of creating intelligent, sustainable, and highly connected urban environments.
Mohammed Bin Sulaiman, CEO of Moro Hub, said the partnership marks a significant step in shaping smarter and more secure communities. “By combining PwC’s strategic and technological expertise with our integrated digital ecosystem, we can help public and private sector organisations fast-track their transformation journeys and unlock greater value from their digital investments,” he noted.
Under the agreement, the two entities will jointly develop initiatives such as:

The strategic partnership with PwC Middle East will further enhance these strengths through advisory support, innovation frameworks, and capability development programmes.
In line with the UAE’s Digital Economy Strategy, the joint initiative aims to establish an innovation-driven framework that advances regional sustainability goals and accelerates the development of next-generation smart cities.
