MoHESR Sets 11 August Deadline for Students to Accept or Reject University Offers
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MoHESR) has announced that 11 August 2025 is the final deadline for students to accept or reject university admission offers for the Fall 2025-2026 academic year. The deadline applies to students changing their academic choices as well as those applying for scholarships abroad.
Students must confirm programme acceptance and complete all remaining procedures via the Ministry’s electronic portal by the set date. MoHESR has urged students to complete all requirements promptly to ensure the smooth processing of their applications.
The Ministry advises applicants to activate their UAE Pass and use the ‘Student and Scholarship Registration’ service available on its official website. Students are also encouraged to monitor their accounts regularly, follow instructions from institutions, and complete any additional requirements without delay.
MoHESR highlighted that its upgraded smart services significantly streamline the application process, reducing registration time to just 90 seconds, cutting required documentation by 86%, and enabling enrollment in 59 higher education institutions across the country.
