Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation offers career opportunities in field of knowledge for best national talents

Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation (MBRF)-- a member of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Global Initiatives-- has offered career chances in the field of knowledge for qualified young Emirati talents as it revealed its participation in Careers UAE 2016 being held from May 16 to 18, 2016, at Dubai World Trade Centre. This is the 2nd successive year that MBRF is participating in the leading profession fair arranged by Dubai World Trade Centre in collaboration with the National Human Resources Development & Employment Authority, and the Higher Colleges of Technology, UAE University.

MBRF is aiming to contribute to the growth of the country's labour market and achieve its Emiratisation technique with its involvement in Careers UAE 2016 under the Dubai government platform.

His Excellency Jamal bin Huwaireb, Managing Director of MBRF, stated the Foundation is eager to participate in local career fairs to enhance the variety of national cadres operating in various sectors. He described that the rate of Emiratisation in the Foundation reached 62.2% during the year 2016 in all categories and positions. Women account for 43% of the workforce in the Foundation, while males represent 57%, HE Bin Huwaireb said.

HE Bin Huwaireb stated the MBRF is taking part in Careers UAE as part of its efforts to achieve the UAE Vision 2021 by supporting initiatives that build the capacity of UAE talents and offer work and training programs for them in different fields of knowledge. MBRF is likewise seeking to incorporate them into the projects and initiatives of the Foundation to help construct a knowledge based society, HE Bin Huwaireb included.

He said that MBRF's involvement in Careers UAE 2016 will help draw in more Emirati talents to the Foundation, particularly considering that it is launching expansion programmes every year in various fields

The MBRF stand is located within the Dubai federal government pavilion No. 30 in Zabeel Hall, and MBRF HR group will be offered in the stand daily from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm to satisfy Emirati graduates, and provide them with details associating with job opportunities and mechanism of work within the Foundation.

MBRF offers a variety of openings in the areas of technical and supervisory and executive jobs. On the sidelines of the exhibit, the Foundation will likewise disperse 450 books on different titles and topics in the Dubai Government pavilion to motivate reading routines and contribute to the arrangement of knowledge in a range of fields.
